2. Subject matter of the contract

3.2. The member cannot give the password given to him by Isstp to other persons or organizations, the member's right to use the password in question belongs to him personally. Against all liability that may arise for this reason and all claims and demands that may be asserted against Isstp by third parties or competent authorities, Isstp reserves all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use.
3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the https://isstp.com/ website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise shall be fully and exclusively binding on the member.
3.4. 3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without authorization. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member. 3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally criminally and legally responsible for this violation and will keep Isstp free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; Due to this violation, if the incident is transferred to the legal field, Isstp reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Isstp always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member, delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. The member accepts this saving in advance. In this case, Isstp has no responsibility.
3.10. https://isstp.com/ website software and design are the property of Isstp, and copyright and / or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired and changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. Some information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the date and time of access to the Site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Web site that provides direct connection to the site may be collected by ISSTP for the improvement and development of the https://isstp.com/ website and/or within the framework of legal legislation.
3.12. Isstp may disclose the personal information of the member when requested as a legal obligation or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary (a) to comply with legal requirements or to comply with legal proceedings notified to Isstp; (b) to protect and defend the rights and property of Isstp and the https://isstp.com/ website family.
3.13. Measures have been taken within the current possibilities to ensure that the ISSTP website is free of viruses and similar software. Isstp may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without the need for prior notice and / or warning in any form or manner. Each amended, updated or repealed provision shall be effective for all members on the date of publication.
3.16. The parties agree and declare that all computer records belonging to Isstp shall be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the HUMK and that such records constitute an evidential contract.
3.17. Isstp, in accordance with this membership agreement, has the authority to send informative e-mails to the e-mail addresses of its members registered with it and informative SMS to their mobile phones, and by approving this membership agreement, the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative e-mails to the e-mail address and informative SMS to the mobile phone.
 

4. Termination of the Contract
This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by Isstp. Isstp may unilaterally terminate the contract by canceling the membership of the member if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. settlement of disputes
Turkish Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes regarding this agreement.

6. Enforcement
Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time the member became a member and entered into force mutually.
